Summary

Welt Yang (瓦爾特Wǎ'ěrtè・杨Yáng), whose true name is Joachim Nokianvirtanen, is the wise and sophisticated former Anti-Entropy Sovereign who inherits the name of the world — Welt. He has saved Earth from annihilation time and time again.

After the calamity ended, the heavy burden ordained by fate to Welt had been removed for a time, and he became an animation storyboard artist. However, after the conspiracy with St. Fountain came to a close, Welt had no choice but to venture with the initiator of the incident to the other side of the space portal.

Perhaps even he didn't expect the new journey and companions that awaited him.

Graduated with a PhD and enrolled as a professor at Cal TECH. To use the reason core you must understand the subject extremely in depth using the core he can bypass 11th dimensional barriers, think in higher dimensions, accurately recreate those 11th dimensional barriers. Can create the Star of Eden which can alter the singularity and is from the far more advanced previous era, can make Mechas, Stealth planes and Battleships. Due to inheriting Joyce's knowledge on top of his own he should know Finnish, English, German, Latin, Russian, Chinese and Japanese. On top of this he also has made a hit mecha franchise that raised enough money to make a super mech that can fly to the moon)

Herrscher of Reason ▾ Pathstrider ▾ Star of Eden Authority of Reason Cognitive Destructuring: Welt shoots several bolts of black energy toward the opponent, deconstructing the target upon impact. He typically uses this technique against a large group of enemies or to swiftly eliminate an adversary that is not at his level. Quasi Black Hole: Welt harnesses the power of the Star of Eden to create a black hole capable of rapidly crushing anything that crosses its event horizon into nothingness. He can also utilize these black holes strategically, taking advantage of their properties to induce gravitational time dilations. Singularity Rebuild: Welt's most powerful attack, through which he can manipulate gravity and the characteristics of higher-dimensional spaces to create a formidable singularity that can instantaneously erase higher planes of existence. Cognitive Destructuring Quasi Black Hole Singularity Rebuild Reason Manifest: By utilizing the powers of the Authority of Reason, Welt can create an army out of thin air. This army can include any human creation, ranging from mechs to jets, and even enormous flying battleships, all of which can fire simultaneously to quickly overwhelm the opponents with sheer numbers. Since all of them are constructed from Honkai Energy, the power of these creations is far greater than that of their normal counterparts, possessing such high firepower that they can crack Sirin's Imaginary Barrier, a defense capable of blocking dimensional attacks. Cogitative Re-Assembly: Welt can remake any and all constructs that were previously destroyed or create new ones in their place to maintain the numerical advantage, even if some of his creations are destroyed. Imaginary Barrier: After observing Sirin's Imaginary Barrier, Welt can recreate it himself, allowing him to block even attacks that disregard material physics. This defense can also block dimensional weapons and attacks, rendering them ineffective. Reason Manifest Imaginary Barrier Skills Traces Eidolon Gravity Suppression (重力壓制Zhònglì Yāzhì): Deals imaginary damage equal to 130% of Welt's attack to a single enemy.
