Summary

Wanda Venus Fairywinkle-Cosma is one of the main characters in The Fairly OddParents! series. She's the wife of Cosmo, together they have been the fairy godparents of many miserable kids, the most notable being Timmy Turner, the three love each other like a family and have experienced many adventures together. Wanda is the responsible of the group, pointing out the obvious when Timmy aims to do a reckless wish and Cosmo encourages him to do so. Despite being also the smartest of the group, both she and Cosmo were silly enough to have also granted Timmy wishes in a literal sense not intended by him, resulting in troubles.

Other interpretations in certain early episodes and in later seasons in general make magic do this on its own. Cosmo and Wanda would eventually have a son named Poof and simultaneously be a godparent to Timmy and a new godchild named Chloe.

Immortality (Types 1, 2 & 3; Fairies can show little to no pain and continue to act normally after being repeatedly perforated, cut into pieces, reduced to their eyes, etc.)

• Regeneration (Mid-High; After he and fellow fairies had their magic drained and thus being turned into dust, they were able to quickly come back to normal upon having their magic returned to them. Stated & repeatedly shown that fairies are notoriously fast healers)

He & Wanda were repeatedly portrayed as listening when called by Timmy while unseen nearby, quickly teleporting where he is. While too busy comforting Jorgen in Timmy's treehouse, Cosmo & Wanda could still be aware of Timmy in a forest calling them and making wishes, quickly teleporting letters to Timmy apologizing for not being able to grant him those wishes, to which Timmy recognized that they should be able to do as they had the time to write and send those letters)

They can unleash one or plenty of their abilities in one use that in turn can on its own use one or plenty more of their abilities to fit the purpose of the original use of the wand)

Transmutation & Petrification (Can indefinitely turn sentient and non-sentient targets into other things of her choosing, bestow consciousness to things in a way that they may remember experiences when they weren't sentient, or keep unchanged, completely remove or modify the consciousness of sentient targets in the process, somehow the latter two not counting as killing; Targets may turn into things that don't move nor think, and their consciousness can be turned into that of an already existing or fabricated being, as well as simply downgraded or improved. Turned herself into already existing non-sentient things a few times, her own body vanishing in the process and him gaining control of the targets. Has silenced Cosmo by turning his mouth into a closed zipper a few times, and petrified him. The power is potent enough to affect entire planets at once and concepts)

Sleep Inducement & Dream Manipulation (Granted Timmy wishes that made Vicky unnoticeable sleep and tormented her in several ways inside dreams she created with Cosmo. Cosmo & Wanda kept Timmy occupied in his dream, modifying it several times until he wished to go back to his room),

Can harm Timmy with a slap), Universe level via Magic/Reality Warping (Comparable, if weaker, than Jorgen, the Fairy Council, and Da Rules: Along Cosmo, it's proven that they can simply make Fairy World be ruled by Pixies and grant them control of all magic, status which allows them to nullify Jorgen and every other fairy's power, and change Da Rules. Pixies "are just as magic"/powerful as fairies and use phones instead of wands for most of their magic, when Cosmo with a Pixie phone was able to turn back to normal a Fairy World ruled by Pixies and free all fairies, and two Pixies created a magical contract that, when signed by a godchild, allowed them to take complete control of Fairy World, those cases giving them the aforementioned status [See note below]. Equal to other fairies like Binky, who confidently believed he could "maybe" stop the incoming Pixie magic affecting Fairy World while lacking context, having his attempt interrupted and getting condemned as a joke, although Wanda is proven to lack the power to remove how the Pixies controlled all magic after their magic finished to take over Fairy World. Heavily implied that making a book affected by magic fall apart by regular means will destroy in equivalent ways the setting of the dimension portrayed by the book, a mechanic from magic that should likely apply to other books whose settings can be entered in and/or manipulated by magic, like books about reality that cover universal concepts such as math, gravity, physics, etc., i.e. destroying 1 of those books while having it affected by magic would destroy the universe), able to ignore durability in many ways

Speed: Massively FTL+ physically and with fairy magic (Comparable to Timmy. Casually reacted and granted Timmy a wish before the Crimson Chin flew short distances towards what he believed were his enemies. Spectated the battle between Dyno Dad, Mighty Mom and foes who could keep up with the latter 2. As Ace, she's comparable to Cleft and the Crimson Chin's enemies, like the Iron Lung. Fairies are often portrayed flying at superhuman speeds across even interplanetary distances, as such their flight speed shouldn't vary. Should be comparable to Cosmo, who flew from Earth to Yugopotamia in a short timeframe. Shirley, a being created from Cosmo & Wanda's magic, made vacuums constantly expanding in 2 universes as they were consuming them, eventually destroying them in "about 2 days")

Lifting Strength: Class K physically (Comparable to Timmy, who casually lifted & threw a giant dinosaur egg, as well as Cosmo, who, in his goldfish form, was able to lift an atomic bomb with one hand weighing this much), up to Stellar via Magic/Reality Warping (Comparable to Norm, who casually moved the Earth and sun at once. Comparable to Cosmo, while turned into a hat, sucked a hurricane and a storm hard enough to magically & immediately raise the sun too as a side effect. Moved the Earth while weakened)

Striking Strength: Multi-Continent level physically (Can harm Cosmo), up to Universe level with Magic (Despite magic being unable to affect other magical items, repeated/strong enough collisions between them can destroy them)

Durability: Multi-Continent level, Universe level with magic (Be it armor, forcefields or even mundane magical items, they are all able to withstand serious magical attacks from foes using Fairly Magic. Wanda can create or turn into any of this defensive options, although she usually does so because Timmy requests her to do so). Regeneration and self-healing makes her difficult to kill

Stamina: Superhuman (Should be comparable to other Fairies like Binky, who withstood being spun on a wheel for a millennium by Jorgan. Comparable to Anti-Fairies, which could circle the world "at hypersonic speeds" over and over, stopping its rotation to maintain the same day and aiming to keep doing so forever, though fairies have shown to be tired before over lesser things. Did 10000002 pushups and became stronger due to it. Timmy as a fairy tried to turn into a fish all night and was fine the next day)

Range: Standard Melee Range physically, Low Multiversal with Magic (Fairy Magic can reach the entire universe, other points in time and make things happen in other universes, although it can't travel to other universes with sheer speed or affect the space between them. Shirley, a being created from Cosmo & Wanda's magic, was able to create vacuums that were automatically expanding and were going to destroy the 2 universes in which they were after about 2 days, even with Shirley being in his own universe)

Intelligence: Below Average at worst, Above Average in general (Fairies are portrayed as silly to even surreal levels at random moments or constantly when driven to do something specific they want to do, despite their general intelligence being comparable to that of humans and inconsistent with their worst showings of decision-making. Wanda is over 10000 years old, graduated from a high school in Fairy World, is skilled using her powers in all kinds of situations and often has info to give and insight about the various adventures she's in and characters met in them)

Weaknesses: Her magic does not work if she is caught in a butterfly net. Theoretically unable to break Da Rules (Note that non-canon rules and interpretations of them are used instead of all of them being properly listed in the Fairlyoddparents wiki) or use magic without her wand.

Note: The scaling given technically means that any 1 Pixie has the power to make his species rule Fairy World and control all magic at any moment if they wanted to, a simple notion of common sense that would be a contradiction in most other verses. Pixies are "freaks" proven to aim at convoluted schemes that completely unnecessarily waste large amounts of time and make them use magic many times to keep it working, all while having the ability to at least shorten the process with their magic and despite them being entirely able to use less complex plans. All magical beings in general (minus Genies) are portrayed as lacking common sense for very basic things while simultaneously being as generally smart as normal people and having a functional society, their lack of common sense being most logically reserved for punctual things to keep the premise in plots for episodes and for the show itself engaging (For example, they can all grant themselves the ability to use magic without their wands).

While it may be implied by context that Jorgen, the Fairy Council, Da Rules and Poof are more powerful than a regular fairy in terms of magic, this has never been directly confirmed, let alone it being to a degree that would disallow them to be comparable. Jorgen's statements could very well refer to his physicality, Da Rules could use Hax to apply itself on others, and Poof's magic being unstable could simply mean that it doesn't follow Da Rules, hence he can be used for things that can be interpreted to be against it, or it could be that it has some characteristics regular magic doesn't have unrelated to power. Meanwhile, the magic any fairy has was directly proven to allow control over all magic more than once.

Any fairy and their magic were repeatedly stated to have would-be exaggerated and vague descriptions of their power, like it being "unlimited", "all-powerful", able to "do anything", able to "truly do anything", etc., whereas the magic users with the best feats in the show weren't described in any better way.

• Cosmo & Wanda granted Timmy the wish of being able to fly "super fast like Comet Commando", which is shown in the cover of his comic potentially flying past some planets while leaving a blur of his suit. Wanda, without using her wand, shapeshifted into a sidekick that could keep up with this superhuman Timmy, who could also move the Earth and make it repeatedly and instantly spin on itself, which quickly threw Earth away, bouncing on other planets while doing so.
