Summary
Vlad Menshikov, more known as Vlad the Inhaler, is the third most powerful Egyptian magician in the world, below only Michel Desjardins and Amos Kane. After a failed attempt to destroy the Book of Ra, which resulted in the disfigurement of his face, Vlad was corrupted by Apophis, forced to travel to the Serpent's prison and offer its body to it, becoming Apophis's host.
