A Flash feat where Nora's lightning goes out of control and Barry moves fast enough to view it as practically frozen. I am doing this because a season 5 key for Flash really needs to be made soon

The Lightning[]
Before getting into the calculation I need to justify why this lightning should be assumed to move at lightning speed.
One of the best pieces of evidence is when Nora is hit by Godspeed's lightning and later on it is confirmed that it possessed an energy of 5 billion joules. 5 billion joules as it happens, is a level of energy associated with natural lightning and the fact that this exact figure was used makes the intent clear, that Godspeed's lightning is the same as real lightning.
Nora is able to roughly keep up with Godspeed despite the latter amping himself up after this incident and this was Nora at the very beginning of her hero career, the scene with Barry happens near the very end portion of the season and so her lightning would most certainly be comparable with Godspeed's at this point
Apart from Nora specifically there are other instances where speedster lightning has shown properties of real electricity, when Cisco got stung by a robotic bee one time Flash administered electricity directly into his body and restarted his functions just like a defibrillator
And when Flash fought a meta named Farooq Gibran whose ability was to absorb electricity from external sources and redirect it, the latter was perfectly capable of absorbing Flash's electricity. It should be noted that in Flash, the metahumans from the particle accelerator explosion had their powers primarily rooted in science, so if Farooq's power was to absorb electricity and he was bound by scientific priniciples, he wouldn't have been able to absorb Barry's electricity unless it was actually similar to scientific electricity
So yeah there is reason to believe the lightning is legit in this feat

"Doing a quick calc about it, lightning is 440 000 m/s, assuming snail speed for Nora's lightning in Barry's perspective, or 0.001 m/s.
Barry seems to be walking a huge strides, so I'll use 1.4 m/s (walking speed) as low-end and 3.71 m/s (jogging speed) as high-end.
Low-end: 440000/0.001*1.4 = 616 000 000 m/s, 2.05 times the speed of light.
High-end: 440000/0.001*3.71 = 1 632 400 000 m/s, 5.45 times the speed of light"
So FTL either way if the calc is accepted.
