We will be using Kinetic Enegry because it involves a moving object that has confirmed kilograms / mass which goes faster = stronger. which we can use for Kinetic Enegry however i will be seperating both sides from Regular Explosion Calculation and Kinetic Enegry and Damage and Health comparison calculation stacking and dodging feat including the catnip reaction speed.
AT4 Rockets in average speed would be 290m/s (In max speed), and its mass would be 6.7kg.
When using catnip, everything slows down and postal dude is the only one who is moving normally indicating / implying that he is moving faster while others and i guess everything moves like a snail which is 0.0013 m/s. (also yes postal dude would scale to this since he can pretty much get every catnip in the game Which is 10 in total and keep it in the entire week which makes it standard for the postal dude)
Postal dude would scale to this only in durability because he can tank 1 projectile in point blank and that's it, however you could argue he would get this in Striking strength because the enemies and himself can damage each other with postal dude weapons such as shovels, police batons and brass knuckles howeve they cannot tank a rocket projectile
