As we know, City-A is huge and even Saitama on top of a 300 meters building still couldn't see the whole city. Some more images that show that it is quite big.
Using the height of the cloud to find the radius of the city:
Cloud height = 22 Px - 2km
Screen = 1076 Px
- D = 2 * 1076 / (22 * 2 * tan (35deg))
- D = 69.8 km
As they were in the middle of the city, then the city must be around 139.6 km.
Destruction City-A[]
As mentioned, City-A was decimated by the bombing of the Boros Ship, the shock wave destroyed 99.8% of the city.
