Introduction[]
In My Hero Academia Chapter 213, Deku moves a few meters and grabs Shinso's Capturing Weapon before it was about to reach Uravity. I'll be calculating Deku's speed in this arc.
Calculation[]
First we need to measure the distance Deku traveled.
Scan 1
Deku's Arm = 0.08 m
Capturing Weapon = 0.03 m
Distance = 1.38 m x 2 = 2.76 m (This is the full distance Deku moved, I'm multiplying it by two because he was on the other side of Uraraka before the Capturing Weapon was about to reach her)
Now we have to find the distance between the Capturing Weapon and Uravity.
Scan 2
Uravity's Iris = 0.03 m
Capturing Weapon = 0.03 m (The same as before)
Distance = 0.07 m
With the distance already measured, we just need to find the timeframe. Any object needs a certain speed to keep moving in the air, and it was launched by a superhuman character, so as a low-end we're going to assume it was moving at Superhuman speeds (12.43 m/s).
Timeframe = 0.07/12.42 = 0.0056 seconds
Finally we can find Deku's speed.
Speed = 2.76/0.0056 = 492.86 m/s
