Calculation[]
Since the bullets land in the wall where Deku was previously located, we just need to compare the distance he and the bullets moved in the same timeframe, otherwise he would have been hit.
Deku = 1.66 m
Distance Between Deku and The Bullets = 0.64 m
Distance Deku Moved to Dodge The Bullets = 1.60 m
Now we need a timeframe. The weapon looks like an M16, which has a muzzle velocity of 960 meters per second.
Timeframe = 0.64/960 = 0.0006666666666667 seconds
Then we can find Deku's speed.
Speed = 1.60/0.0006666666666667 = 2400 m/s
