Alright, now before we begin, let me make this clear that this is my first time making a calc for something. So please go easy on me, and help me if I made any errors regarding this calc. Alright, with that little side tangent out of the way, here we go.

So in terms of the distance, Asura goes from Gaea towards Chakravartin, who appears to be at the center of the galaxy given what he's on top of, and Gaea is basically Earth 870 million years in the past, and the distance between Earth and the Center of the Milky Way Galaxy is 25000 light years.
Now to start the conversion.
25000 light years = 2.36518e+20 m.
As for the time, the time he started to fly straight towards Chakravartin was at the 7:08 mark, and he reached him at the 11:45 mark.
11:45 = 705 seconds
7:08 = 428 seconds
705 - 428 = 277 seconds
2.36518e+20/277 ~= 8.538556e+17 m/s
light speed = 299792458 m/s
8.538556e+17/299792458 = Approximately 2.8 billion times the speed of light
