I'm going to be revising this calc a little bit. First off the slice does not look like a 180 degree cut, more like a 140 degree slice.
Also he didn't scale the sword which I will be doing.
I'll be using his measurments
so arm = 0.731672597864776 m (257 pixels)
Arm + sword = 561 pixels = 1.59715303 meters
Assuming 140 degree slice = 3.90444445 meters
Standard fps is 24 fps.
He said it took 2 frames for the slice to happen.
2/24 = 0.0833333333 seconds
3.90444445m /0.0833333333 seconds = 46.8533334 m / s
