InFAMOUS: The Beast's Dark Advent

Introduction

At the beginning of InFAMOUS 2, the Beast regains consciousness and begins to regenerate, drawing in dark clouds which swirl in the sky around it's singularity, then cover the sky in the next scene. Since we can see the clouds being drawn in and moving around the singularity at 2:48, I think it's safe to use Kinetic Energy.

He also does it again in both endings, with the clouds covering the sky acting as an indication to Nix that they are running out of time.

Calculation

This will be rather quick, since I'll be using the method from the References for Common Feats, only slightly changed to fit our timeframe.

It takes from 2:48 to 3:04 for the clouds to completely cover the sky, giving us a timeframe of approximately 16 seconds. We'll be using 20 kilometer visibility limitations.

Now, 0.5×10083255780961×1250^2 = 7.87754358E18 Joules or 1.8827781022944549694 Gigatons (Large Mountain level)

A nice little upgrade and consistent with his feat of destroying Empire City in one blast.
