In My Hero Academia the Movie, Izuku uses his 100% to break multiple metal cubes to free All Might.
I'll be calculating the energy required to do that.
Calculation[]
Therefir already calculated the size of the cube at 11.88 m, so I'll use that.
Cube Size = 11.88 m
Volume = 1676.676672 m^3
We see thirteen of them slam into All Might.
(Low-End) Volume = 1676.676672 x 13 = 21796.796736 m^3 or 21796796736 cm^3
Fragmentation of Steel is 208 J/cm^3
Energy = 21796796736 x 208 = 4.5337337e+12 J or 1.0 Kilotons (Small Town level)
For a high-end I'll add the volume of the other cubes floating around him. We don't see them join the pile but they aren't visible in the scene afterwards, so I think it's safe to assume they were added.
That gives us 27 cubes in total.
