Basically i made this calc a while ago of naruto dodging the Raikage's punch, I originally used lightning speed but that was debunked and there's a better way of scaling the speed of the attack without calc stacking
Simply enough, Raikage says it's his fastest attack, meaning it's at least as fast as or faster than Lariat, Bee also says the raikage is at full power which backs this up, Lariat is accepted as being 0.51c at the very least so that's what we'll use

Luckily i've already calculated the distance that Naruto dodged the raikage's punch from ina previous blog
Distance = 0.052048960418200001 meters
Speed of the punch = 152890000 m/s
Timeframe = 3.4043404e-10
This puts Naruto's reactions at 9.8x FTL
