Context in Walther P38, from 1:21:44 to 1:22:07 (GIF of the feat here).
Basically Goemon run in a hallway while deflecting multiple laser beams from several weaponize cameras (along with Fujiko and Goemon).
Calculations[]
While i would usually use the scans to determinate the distance, in this case it doesn't see feasible as there is no scans that can be used to determinate the distance via pixer scaling, with the best scan with the cameras be too far away to be see in the darkness, aside for their red dots.
Due of this, i will instead determinate the distance by calculating how much time Goemon and friends had to take before reaching those cameras.
They start to run the hallway from 1:21:56 and they only reach the cameras at 1:22:04, however it must be pointed out that the cameras only start to fire at 1:21:58 meaning the distance would had be smaller, but for the sake of lowballing i will assume that the cameras start fire at 1:21:56.
Timeframe = 1:22:04-1:21:56 = ((1*60*60)+(22*60)+4)-((1*60*60)+(21*60)+56) = 4924-4916 = 8 seconds
Average human running speed = 20 mph or 8.9408 m/s
Distance between Goemon and cameras = 8*8.9408 = 71.5264 meters
Now, for the Goemon's movement i will utilize the result i got in this previous calc, as its appear that Goemon is moving his arm + Zantetsuken in similar ways.
Circumference = 3.69137137 m
Speed of Light = 299792458 m/s
Timeframe = 71.5264/299792458 = 2.38586389e-7 seconds
Speed = 3.69137137/2.38586389e-7 = 15471843.9 m/s or 0.0516085161c
Result[]
5.161% SoL = Sub-Relativistic+
This also must be considered a lowball since it unlikely that the cameras are suppost to be that far away from Goemon, but unless there is another method to find the distance, we are stack with this result.
