Looking back it's pretty dumb to use the speed of a real life gun when blasters are only loosely based on them and a lot slower when blaster fire is clearly not supersonic. Mythbusters calculated them to be 130 mph or 58.1152 m/s.
Using the old numbers from the old calc:
0.8820085580265042/58.1152 = 0.01517689964 s, Subsonic reactions. Any other character who can dodge blaster fire in Canon should be in this range as well.
