The closest thing to a map Kami95 found is this

The durability Medaka would need to drag the building forward without being harmed should be many times higher, since the strings were only applying this energy/pressure to a small fraction of her body (since they were microscopic).
So I'll be using Lina's method here, but reversed. (he used KE of the attack to find durability of the strings, and I am doing the opposite)
First, the thickness of the strings. Each one is thin enough to be barely visible to someone with perfect vision up close. According to this, objects 0.04mm wide (the width of a fine human hair) are just distinguishable by good eyes.
There were hundreds of strings according to BlahBlah9755, so 3000 I'll assume. The total width of the strings are 0.04*3000 = 120 mm, or 0.12 m.
The average human cross-section is 0.64 m^2. Assuming a circle the diametre is around 0.9 m.
ratio surface area of string making contact: 0.12/0.9 = 0.13x
Durability of strings/contact ratio = KE

If we take an average between her height and width (a bit under half her waist measurement) we can find the average length across Medaka’s body, (which is the distance the strings apply pressure to)
(166.2+59)/2=107.6 cm
We then multiply it by the width of the strings
107.6 cm*0.04 mm=4.30400*10^-5 m^2
Multiply by the number of strings Unzen says a few hundred, so I’ll do 500
4.30400*10^-5 m^2*500=0.02152 m^2
1.6/0.02152 gives us a ratio of
74.3494423792 to 1
74.3494423792*14080528.1232 Joules gives us 1.04687941*10^9 joules or just barely above baseline building level.

He was intending to survive this explosion, with White Snow (his armored uniform) so he should have durability scaling to this. Medaka would have killed him if she punched him three times, she can scale to a third of the value of the school destroying calc (probably the violent fragmentation end) |

Width and height are the same.
37.85*14.19*30.75 = 16 515.563625 m^3

So adding all three sections together:

The middle section first.
First the easiest dimension: height. There are 3 sections. Each is 3 m at least so 9 m.
The height seen in that scan (I'm using the far right of the building to scale) is 72 px. However, the bottom of the hospital is covered by the crowd. The average person is 1.77 m tall, so 72 px is 7.23 m.
The window height is 12 px. Therefore one window is 1.205 m.
The windows seem square. There are 32 windows horizontally, so the length is at the very least 38.56 even if you disregard the space between the windows.
The width is impossible to scale due to the perspective. However eyeballing it, I'm 100% sure the width is longer than the height, so 9 m.
38.56*9*9 = 3123.36 m^3, or 3 123 360 000 cc
Fragmentation (8 j/cc) = 24 986 880 000 Joules, Large Building level
Violent fragmentation (69 j/cc) = 215 511 840 000 Joules, Multi-City Block level
Keep in mind this is an extreme low-ball. First, each storey is likely to be more than 9 m. Second, the length is definitely more than 38.56 due to space between the windows. Thirdly, the width is definitely far more than 9 m. So high-end is probably better.
I think Medaka Box should be 8-A, it's consistent with Unzen intending to tank an explosion too.
EDIT: I forgot hollowness.
Low-end: 4 997 376 000 Joules, Building level+
High-end: 43 102 368 000 Joules, Large Building level+
However it is likely to be City Block level due to my calc being low-balled. Consistent with the school feat.
