Timespan Math

This is a long one, so bear with me.

First, let's find out a Mid-Lowball time span instead of the Lowball in the original calc.

37 (Broly's Age) * 12 (Number of Months Per Year) * 31 (Highest amount of Days per month (Low-Ball)) * 16 (Number of Hours per day, assuming Broly gets 8 hours of sleep + Eating, (Mid-Ball)) * 3600 (Amount of seconds in a hour) = 792806400

Screenshot 2017-01-18 at 12.05.57

Math (Lowball, No Longer Usable)

This part is assuming the Milky Way Galaxy is 250,000 Lightyears in circumference.

250000 LY / 792806400 seconds (Timespan) = 0.000315335496787x Lightyears per second

0.000315335496787 * 9.4605284 * 10^15 (Meters per LY) = 2.9832404229 * 10^12 meters per second

2.9832404229×10^12 / 2.998 * 10^8 (Speed of Light) = 9950.76858873 x FTL

Math (Highball, No Longer Usable)

This part assumes the Milky Way Galaxy is 300,000 Lightyears in circumference.

300000 LY / 792806400 seconds (Timespan) = 0.000378402596145x Lightyears per second

0.000378402596145 * 9.4605284 * 10^15 (Meters per LY) =3.5798885075 * 10^12 meters per second

3.5798885075 * 10^12 / 2.998 * 10^8 (Speed of Light) = 11940.9223065x FTL

Original Results (No Longer Usable)

Lowball: MFTL+ (9950.76858873 x FTL)

Highball: MFTL+ (11940.9223065x FTL)

Note

This is not counting the fact that he had completely destroyed starting from the middle and had gone back several times during his rampage to areas he had destroyed to destroy even more solar systems near there. All in all, this is still a massive lowball.

Math (Legendary Edition)

Using this video

Summary: I'm going to try to calc the distance Broly travels while he destroys the galaxy in its entirety based on the area he destroys every couple of frames, in order to deal with the dilemma stated in my note.

First, let's pixel scale the galaxy's diameter.

Screenshot 2017-01-19 at 09.31.34

I got 419 pixels = Diameter of Galaxy (100000 lightyears assuming its as big as the Milky Way galaxy, which is rather fair considering how big some other galaxies can get.)

The First

First Screenshot (10 Seconds In)

Broly apparently skipped a few solar systems when he first began, so let's calc from the farthest two.

Y Distance: 58 px

y/58 = 100000/419

13842.4821002 LY

X Distance: 62 px

x/62 = 100000/419

14797.1360382 LY

Z Distance:

13842.4821002^2 + 14797.1360382^2 = √410569545.627

Current Total LY: 167072.130094

Math (Legendary 2 Edition)

Timespan for Last Frame of Destruction Math:

Frames per second: 25f/s

792806400 seconds of Destruction is presented in 5 seconds (125 frames)

792806400 / 125 = 6342451.2

250000 / 6342451.2 = 0.0394169370984 LY / second

0.0394169370984 * (9.4605284 * 10^15) = 3.7290505286 * 10^14

(3.7290505286 * 10^14) / (2.998 * 10^8) = 1243846.07358x FTL

Result: 1,243,846.07358x FTL

Note #2

In a perfect World, it would have been possible to have done this frame by frame.

But that's at least 100 frames to check and calc, which is basically impossible unless I did it for my entire summer break and then some.
