Hello, everyone. In a similar fashion to my Cyber Space and Maginaryworld blogs, I had the idea to create a blog for two particular areas seen in 2011's Sonic Generations. Let's get right to it, shall we?

White Space[]

Let's start at the end. Towards the last stretch of the game, prior to the final boss, we learn that Dr. Eggman discovered the Time Eater after his previous defeat and used the creature's ability to erase space and time to undo his previous defeats. More recently, within the Sonic X Shadow Generations English Website, the sentiment is repeated that Dr. Eggman used it to erase past defeats to rewrite history (the JP website of Sonic X Shadow Generations essentially implies the same). So he reduces reality to a white void stated twice to be between dimensions that exists in the absence of time.[1] For example, we see locales such as Stardust Speedway's Bad Future that we see when fighting Metal Sonic. This lack of space-time is affirmed once again after the Eggmen are defeated, as Modern Eggman stated there is no time in White Space after being stranded there. In fact, the very purpose of the two Sonics running through the stages it to accelerate time and fix space as a result.

With the release of Sonic X Shadow Generations, there have been additional statements within the game to support this idea. Here are all the additional pieces of dialogue that help support White Space being a timeless void.

Now, have a look at this quote from the Nonexistent Physiology page.

"Nonexistent Physiology refers to the ability to lack certain aspects of one's existence, to paradoxically 'exist,' yet lack certain identifiable traits of existence or exist outside of a particular scope of 'existence.' While true nonexistence in the philosophical sense is impossible to prove, lesser forms of the idea appear often in fiction."

Because of the lack of defining features within White Space (without the interference of Sonic restoring it), which in short is the state of existence after being utterly erased, White Space would simply be the absence of everything within it. Let's take a look at the different natures on the page, specifically Type 2; "Characters of this type have to behave at least as nonexistent as those with Material Nonexistence, but might display even further showings such as preceding or opposing existence."

Considering White Space is essentially the anti-thesis to space-time, coupled with the statements of White Space being what results in erased reality, I believe the realm solidly qualifies. Thus, a hypothetical White Space page gains the following:

EDIT: As of this Content Revision Thread, it's been accepted that Cyber Space's inclusion in Time Eater's erasure would warrant further types. As such, these are the additions to White Space's level of nonexistence:

Additionally, the Chaos Emeralds get Nonexistence Interaction for being able to interact with White Space by restoring (and thus removing from White Space) the realms within it back to a restored state of reality. Classic Sonic and Modern Sonic also get this, but Limited (by virtue of needing to be in movement to accomplish it) and only for Types 3 for restoring his friends and 5 (Space-Time) by restoring+accelerating time and fixing space. Something E-123 Omega notes within Shadow Generations as "counteracting the effect" of the Time Eater.
