We know from here, here and here that Oga made the transmission tower disappear. There is no vapor, and the tower has clearly been wiped out so I will use sub-atomic destruction.
Taken from this page the average weight of these towers are between 40,000 to 60,000 lb.
The density of steel is 8.05 g/cm^3.
40000 lbs = 18143.695 kg
50000 lbs = 22679.619 kg
60000 lbs = 27215.542 kg
Volume = Mass / Density
18143.695 / 8.05 = 2253.87516
22679.619 / 8.05 = 2817.34398
27215.542 / 8.05 = 3380.81267

In case you're still wondering why I used sub-atomic destruction, it's because like Hilda said the tower is entirely gone, and there is no vapour shown at all in the aftermath. That tells us that either atomic/sub-atomic destruction took place, I used sub-atomic because for something to "disappear" it would required even the atoms to be destroyed. If it was atomization, then Hilda would have said that it was destroyed “up to its atoms” or something along those lines, but instead chose the word disappeared, implying that it went further even than that and absolutely nothing material was left of the tower. I will admit that the entire tower is not destroyed, the part that isn’t is miniscule, and either way it would still be 7-B.
