• Storm rotates between 25:08:10 and 25:11:30 moving roughly 1 quarter of its circumference in 3.2 seconds
• Usually the assumption is a storm cloud, however as should be obvious by the video this is not a cumulonimbus cloud. Going by previous and later scenes its likely the person just spun around some cumulus clouds so I'm using that as a basis
• V = pi * 20,000^2 * 600 or pi * 20,000^2 * 1300 or pi * 20,000^2 * 2000
