Unfortunately, there was never a stated distance aside from how it was long enough to tire out Spongebob, Mr. Krabs, and Squidward. However, even though it may seem like a highball (although there is no other choice), given how earlier in the comic where Plankton calls his lawyers to sue Krabs for assaulting him, it should be noted that according to this, it takes around 24-48 hours for a lawyer to respond back, so this at most, took them a whole day or 2 to get to get to King Neptune’s home. Thus, by using their speed and the time it likely took them, we can get the distance. For the sake of lowballing for consistency, Ill just assume the lowest time of 24 hours.
Given how it appears they ran, I’ll be assuming the average human running speed of 5 m/s (they have been shown to sometimes keep up with humans as well as Sandy, but do note they tire out way later so it might not be constant).
5*60*60*24 is 432000 meters
For the timeframe, I’m assuming that of Plankton and his lawyer’s dialogue before the Krusty Krab came crashing down on Plankton. Putting it through Google Translate, the timeframe was 4.52 seconds.
