Introduction[]
After seeing some issues with the original, I've decided to recalculate the size of the Heavenspan Realm as well as the Eternal Lands both with an interesting statement made by Zheng Yuandong to Bai Xiaochun when describing the nature/structure of their world and something that occurs with Bai in the Eternal Lands.
Calculation[]
TL;DR A Foundation Establishment cultivator can move as fast as as lightning but takes at least 100 years to fly across a single quarter of the circumference of Heavenspan. I'll calculate the distance moved to get the overall size of the planet. Detailed quotes and explanations are shown below.
Thus, I'll use the average speed of lightning as their speed (approx. 440,000 m/s). The time-frame would be their entire remaining lifespan after reaching Foundation Establishment, which for Mortal Dao Foundations is 100 extra years of longevity.
Distance between Lower and Upper Reaches: 440000*100*365*24*60*60= 1.387584E+15 meters
Since the Eastern Heavenspan river takes up an arc that moves a quarter-way through the realm;
Circumference of Heavenspan: 4*1.387584E+15= 5.550336E+15 meters
Diameter of Heavenspan: 1.766726682E+15 meters
Radius (r)= 8.8336E+14 meters
Volume: 4/3*π*r3= 2.8874E+45 meters3
Using Earth's density (5520 kg/m3);
Mass of Heavenspan: Volume*Density= 1.593844E+49 kg

Size of the Heavenspan Realm

Pretty straightforward, a Foundation Establishment cultivator could fly upstream from the Lower Reaches of the eastern Heavenspan river for his entire life and never reach the Starry Sky Dao Polarity Sect located at the river mouth in the Upper Reaches. As such they would spend a minimum of 100 years flying if they were to reach Mortal Dao Foundation Establishment (the lowest variant) in their lifetime as it adds that amount to their remaining mortal lifespans.
Earth and Heaven Dao Foundations give an extra 200 and 500 years respectively and Live Forever Foundations presumably even more so, as the name implies. However due to their relative rareness (especially Heaven and Live Forever variants, of which there have been less than a dozen in all of Heavenspan's history), Mortal Dao is the safest low-end that we can assume Zheng is talking about.
The statement itself is fairly literal when one considers how the far faster Devas need months to cross swaths of the Wildlands despite comparable cultivators moving millions of kilometres within a few moments and late Core Formation experts (who completely blitz Foundation Establishment cultivators several times over) need years to move across the Wildlands.
Why is the above distance relevant?

So the territory of Heavenspan is only half of the entire world with the Heavenspan Sea at the pole branching off into four main rivers, positioned in the cardinal directions relative to the sea, that flow all the way to their delta regions near the equator equivalent of the world. Beyond this point are the Wildlands, which make up the rest of planet Heavenspan. That would mean that an entire branch of the Heavenspan river would only cover at most a quarter of the circumference of Heavenspan, less when you consider that the Heavenspan Sea is excluded.
Speed of Foundation Establishment cultivators
Moving on to the Foundation Establishment experts themselves;

As seen above, Foundation Establishment cultivators are stated to be as fast as lightning and dodge it repeatedly. Even Qi Condensation cultivators, who can react to and punch lightning, are far slower than the above cultivators so I think that the statements are rather literal.
Bonus: Size of the Eternal Lands
So the Eternal Lands are made up of 5 immortal domains, each larger than the Heavenspan Realm by dozens of times, making the Eternal lands at least 100-120 times larger than Heavenspan as a whole. Each of them have over a dozen prefectures, individually as large as the entire Heavenspan Realm if not more.
