An object reentering the atmosphere will have a speed of 17,500 miles per hour or even more, this was confirmed by the NASA and also generates an intense amount of heat, around 3,200 Kelvin or 2,900 degrees C, use crtl+f in Windows and search it, you will find it

Durability to survive it

Depends on the weight of the character or object of course

If the character is human like: Let's use 60 kilograms as an example... the kinetic energy on impact would be around 183607374720 joules, or 43,8832157552581 tons of tnt, that means Building level

That is without counting the heat of course

So yeah, an easy calc, but I wanted to do it so nobody else has to
