I will have to scale Illusen's to Roberta's height.
Illusen must be the same size as a regular human, so let's go with the average of 1.6 meters for girl. That will make Roberta 0.89 meters tall. Wow, she smoll.
Math seems fine, but I notice that they appear to be in a treehouse of sorts, correct? That would mean you would use the height of the tree (assuming they're on top of it + Their own height.

The dog guy is slightly taller than Roberta, so I'll use 0.89 meters as a lowend
He stands at 237 pixels, while the diameter of the tree is 519 pixels.
>519 / 237 = 2.18
0.89 * 2.18 = 1.94
The diameter of the tree is 110 pixels, and the height is 366 pixels.
366 / 110 = 3.32
1.94 * 3.32 = 6.4
6.4 + 0.89 = 7.29
That gives us a diameter of 9.6 Meters
The storm appears to be present on all sides, so using that as radius.
