Introduction[]
In the first episode of OK K.O., Rad and Enid have to dodge Darrell's laser beams, which they do at a very close distance. By the way, the Wiki lists these beams as lasers on Rad's page, and as laser guns on Darrell's page. These results would scale to really everyone in the show since K.O. scales to Rad and Enid, and virtually everyone scales to K.O., which is just swell.

First Calc[]
According to Newcastle Academy, the height of average human heads is 0.552 metres, with Enid's head here being 20 pixels. Since these two images come from the exact same scene, both of them have a unit rate of 1 metre per every 36.23 pixels.
The distance between Enid/Rad and Darrell in this first image is 96 pixels or 2.65 metres. Enid moved her body approximately 42 pixels or 1.56 metres. Rad moved his body approximately 32 pixels which is 0.9 metres. The timeframe they moved at is 8.83922615e-9 seconds (2.95 metres divided by 299,800,000 m/s).
So, Enid's speed is 176,486,038 m/s (0.59c), and Rad's speed is 101,818,868 m/s (0.35c), with both of their movement distances being divided by the timeframe previously calculated.
Second Calc[]
And, in the second image, Darrell was 60 px away from Rad and Enid, which equates to 1.66 metres. That makes the timeframe 5.53702468e-9 seconds. Since Enid moved 110 pixels/3.04 metres this time, that would make her 549,031,326 m/s (1.83c). Rad moved 60 pixels/1.66 metres, which would make him 299,800,000 m/s (a rounded-up form of SoL).
