Introduction[]
In Hamon Overdrive Part 3 of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Phantom Blood, Jonathan Joestar intercepts an attack from Dio Brando in an attempt to save Will Anthonio Zeppeli. Today, we'll find out how fast he needed to be in order to intercept the attack.
Calculation[]
To determine how far Jonathan was, we'll be using this image where he get a shot from Dio's perception, showing how far the crew is from him.
To do this, we use angle sizing which is "Distance from point of view = object size * panel height in pixels/[object height in pixels*2*tan(70deg/2)]"
Jonathan in this image is 100.78 px and he is listed as 195 cm which is 1.95 meters.
The panel is 1101.96 px. So uh, PLUG IT IN!
With that, we have "Distance from point of view = 1.95 * 1101.96/[100.78*2*tan(70deg/2)]" and that is equal to 15.23 meters.
Since Zeppeli is in good shape and is a Hamon user, and Dio is a vampire, we'll use Superhuman reaction time as a Mid-End and Peak Human reaction time as a Low-End. We'll also use Supersonic as a High-End since Jonathan can react to a water jet-like attack and Jonathan, Dio, and Zeppeli are comparable.
15.23 / 0.102 = 149.3 m/s
15.23 / 0.08 = 190.4 m/s
15.23 / 0.00265 = 5,747.2 m/s
Results[]
Low-End = 149.3 m/s (Subsonic)
Mid-End = 190.4 m/s (Subsonic+)
High-End = 5,747.2 m/s (Hypersonic+)

A member recently commented stating that Zeppeli could react to debris that was launched at the speed of an explosion. I don't know if this has been done before, but we'll use High Hypersonic reaction (since explosions are around Mach 22-23ish) as a HIGHER-END.
15.23 / 0.000117 = 130,170.9 m/s.
That means,
Higher-End = 130,170.9 m/s (Massively Hypersonic)

I'm dumb. Mach 3 (the speed of water jets), is Supersonic+, so it's 0.00117.
