I decided to perform a recalc Mob's feat with the formation of a cloud, getting new data.
All feats[]
1)Lifting strength[]
But before that, I would like to make a recalc of achievements with a ball, straight from the manga, just for a tick
5-storey building = 4.3 * 5 = 21.5 = 55 pixels.
Diameter of the ball = 775 * 21,5/55 = 302 meters
The radius of the ball = 151 m, thus V = 14 421 799 m^3.
The density of concrete = 2200 kg / m^3, and the emptiness of the ball is approximately equal to 0.8
Thus, the mass of the ball = 6 345 591 560 kg = Class G for 100% Mob and the rest of the high-tier.

Now let's move on to throwing the ball.
In the picture, its size is 21 pixels, while Mob shifted it on its own by 64 pixels, that is, by 920 meters. He made this for time for which one of members of the claw delivered 4 words. The average reading speed is 120 words per minute, so it should take 2 seconds for the Claw to read 4 words.
a = 920*2/2^2 = 460 m/sec
F = 6345591560 * 460 = 2 918 972 117 600 kg (Class T)

How will this feat look in the anime?
For specific values, I will refer here calc , because I calculated the mass of the ball earlier.
It took the mob 4 seconds to make the ball move and completely fly past it.
Thus, the ball completely leaves the frame, passing 720 meters.
a = 720*2/4^2 = 90 m/sec.
I use the middle end of the ball's mass.
F = 128 919 859 200 * 90 = 11 602 787 328 000 kg (Class T)
2)Attack Potency[]
Let's Move on to another point - the tower. During the battle, Shigeo raised it so that his friends would not be harmed.
Floor height = 4.3 meters = 45 pixels.
The height of the tower = 395*4,3/45 = 37 meters.

In the next panel, we see that the tower size is 29 pixels and the panel height is 380 pixels.

The distance between the tower and the "reader" = 37*380/(29*2tan(70*/2)) = 346 meters.
But why do we need it?
Thanks to this calc , we get 66.4 kilometers for horizon visibility.
The clouds are dark in color and look like layered rain, so I'll take 2000 meters for their thickness as the minimum end.
V = 66400^2 * 2000 * 3,14 = 27 688 268 800 000 m^3.
Cloud mass = 27 688 268 800 000 * 1,003 = 27 771 333 606 400 kg.
(Hey, doesn't creating so many clouds increase the lifting strength to Class T?)
Based on the timecode from the anime, we get that this cloud was created in 15 seconds.
Speed = 66400/15 = 4426 m /sec.
KE = (27 771 333 606 400 * 4426^2)/2 = 2,7201294 × 10^20 joules = 65 Gigatons of TNT = 6-C
I think this will be a logical factor to compare Mob and Tatsumaki, and also consider anime feat.
Speaking of them, what does this moment look like there?

In anime, clouds that stretch to the horizon are much better visible, so it's easier for us to find a frame to calculate the height.
Unlike the manga, Shigeo did not create a storm cloud in the anime, so the clouds that the balloon scattered from the buildings are the same ones that Mob created at the beginning of the battle.
As I have already calculated in this calc
The height at which Shigeo is located at that moment = 5835 meters.
This gives us visibility of the horizon up to 272.9 km.
Thus:
The volume of cloud = 272900^2 * 2000 * 3,14 = 467 699 294 800 000 m^3.
I don't see any point in multiplying all this by 1,003 kg/m^3, since the changes are barely noticeable at these numbers.
Speed = 272900/15 = 18193 m /sec.
KE = (467 699 294 800 000 * 18193^2)/2 = 7,7400784 × 10^22 joules = 18.4 Teratons of TNT = 6-B
I was told that using horizon visibility over 20 kilometers is a dubious idea, so I will stop at this figure and take the cloud thickness taken in the cloud calculation.
V = 20000^2 * 8000 * 3,14 = 10048000000000 m^3
Use density = 1,003 kg / m^3
m = 10048000000000 * 1,003 = 10078144000000 kg.
(Moving so many cloud masses should give Class T lifting strength, shouldn't it?)
I was asked if the clouds really moved. My answer is Yes. In the manga, there is a specific moment when Shigeo begins the formation of a storm behind his back, where the movement of the cloud mass is shown, and on the following Wanderers it only thickens over the city. In the anime, we were directly shown its rotation in a spiral.
With regard to speed. The cloud was formed during the time that Mob said 5 words. The average reading speed is 120 words per minute, so the timeframe is 2.5 seconds. I will use this as a high end. For mid end and low end, I will take values 2 and 4 times higher, I think this will be fair.
Thus:
Low end = 10 seconds;
Mid end = 5 seconds;
High end = 2.5 seconds.
1) Speed = 20000/10 = 2000 m / sec
KE = 0,25 * 10078144000000 * 2000^2 = 1,0078144 × 10^19 joules = 2,4 Gigatons of TNT = High 7-A (low end)
2) Speed = 20000/5 = 4000 m / sec
KE = 0,25 * 10078144000000 * 4000^2 = 4,0312576 × 10^19 joules = 8,5 Gigatons of TNT = 6-C (mid end)
3) Speed = 20000/2, 5 = 8000m/sec
KE = 0,25 * 10078144000000 * 8000^2 = 1,61250305 × 10^20 joules = 38,5 Gigatons of TNT = 6-C (high end)
3)Speed[]
The thickness of the lightning is approximately 13 cm.

Panel height = 280 pixels
Height of Shigeo = 120 pixels = 157 cm
The distance between the "reader" and the Mob = 157*280/(120*2tan(70/2)) = 386 cm.
The distance between the edge of the zipper and the "reader" = 13*280/(11*2tan (70/2)) = 384 cm.
Distance between Mob and lightning = 2 cm.
T = 0,02/440000 = 4,54545455 × 10^(-8) seconds = Sub-Relativistic+ perception (low end)
However, in the same Death Battle, this point was questioned, because the lightning was before the flash and was still in the cloud, so take a value equal to 98,000 m / sec.
T = 0,02/98000 = 2,04081633 × 10^(-7) seconds = Sub-Relativistic perception
My version with lightning didn't really fit, so I think we should refer to this calc , which gives us
Kageyama reaction = 7.96464646e-8 seconds, or 0.04c (Sub-Relativistic)
And it will be a great zoom for both the MP100 verse and OPM.
