Premise[]
The Divine Dragon is really big. Like really, really big. We're going to calc his sword swinging, since he also has a bigass sword. This will hopefully give AP for late-game.
Calc[]

First image is just to get the length of the sword compared to one of the spikes on the side.
Spike = 20 px = 192 cm (see below)
Sword = 235 px = 2256 cm

Second image denotes the width of the sword and length of the spike.
Head = 8 px = 24 cm
Sword Width = 10 px = 30 cm
Spike Length = 64 px = 192 cm
Based on these, we see that sword is roughly rectangular with a square base. I don't know why that is, but it is. We'll assume the spikes share the width of the sword (they seem relatively close). There seem to be six spikes on the dragon's sword (video here btw).

Volume of Spike = 30 * 30 * 192 = 172800 cm^3 (multiply by six)
Volume of Sword = 30 * 30 * 2256 = 2030400 cm^3
Total Volume = 2030400 + (172800 * 6) = 3067200 cm^3
Density of Steel = 8050 kg/m^3
Mass of Sword = 24960.96 kg (Class 25 Lifting Strength btw)
Using Watchframebyframe.com and looking at the sword swing at 4:54 in the above video, the following frames are one frame apart. I plan on comparing sword swing speed to the natural lightning on speed. In one frame, the lightning extension travelled from 15 px (accidentally typed 35, my bad) to a whopping 117 px (distance travelled equivalent to 102 px).
Wolf's Head = 17 px = 24 cm
Distance Travelled = 102 px = 144 cm
The sword is impossible to scale but it looks as if it moved about 15 degrees in an arc. Plugging in sword length as radius and our 15 degree assumption we get 5.91 meters moved.
Speed = 5.91 * 440000 / 1.44 = 1805833.33 m/s, Massively Hypersonic+. KE time.
KE = (0.5 * 24960.96) * 1805833.33^2 = 4.070e16 Joules, City level. Huh.
Well then. Looks like I was wrong. 7-B is staying. Hells yeah. Honestly didn't expect that high.
EDIT: Ovens wanted Jade to be used, which is reasonable enough I suppose. DMUA did the work so I guess I eval'd that whilst he eval'd my stuff. Neato.
Density of Jade: 3200 kg/m^3
Mass of Sword: 9815.04 kg
KE: 1.6e16 Joules, Small City level
Lifting Strength via Force: 1.807e6 Metric Tons, Class G
Neato again.
