Hello, everyone. Migue79 here to bring you all yet another calculation! This time I'll be revisiting Kill la Kill and re-calculating the S.S Naked Sun's Durability which is derived from the Original Life Fiber's durability, since the old calculation does not have the pixel scaling available anymore (for me at least), and it has been too long since it got re-examined. So we may as well. Here's the video of the feat in question for reference.
Calculation[]
There will be a lot of scaling of pics to different images, so please bare with me ;-;
So, let us start with finding the height of the S.S Naked Sun. To do that, we can try to find the size of a portion of it relative to Ryuko which can be found with the image below:
49px = 1.60 meters (Ryuko's height)
383px = 12.5 meters
Now with this portion of the ship, we can find the ship's height.
56px = 12.5 meters
375px = 83.7 meters
Now with this we can find the size of one of the horns' base with this ship's height. Using the shot below...
47px = 83.7 meters
161px = 286.72 meters
Now with this we can re-calc the proportions of the ship.
Small Cone[]
63px = 286.72 meters
124px = 564.34 meters
Surface Area: 3.27e5 m2
This shot shows that 4 of the 8 horns are of this size, so multiplication by 4 gets it to 1,635,000 m2
Large Cone[]
I’ll be using the height of the cone to the very right for the back cones since they seem longer than the smaller cones which is consistent with the previously shown shot.

74px = 336.8 meters
145px = 659.91 meters
Surface Area: 4.49e5 m2
Just like in the shot with Ryuko, Satsuki & both the OG Life Fiber and Naked Sun, there are 4 of these horns. So multiply by 4 to get 1.796e6 m2.
Large Sphere[]
63px = 286.72 meters
357px = 1,624.75 meters
Surface Area: 8.29e6 m2
Small Sphere[]
63px = 286.72 meters
209px = 951.182 meters
Surface Area: 2.94e6 m2
Technically there's more where the two spheres joints, but it's too difficult to account for. Though suggestions on how to do so are always welcomed.
Truncated Cone[]

Surface Area: 236,861 m2
Front Cone[]

Conclusion[]
Ryuko (both after she takes off Junketsu and EOS), Satsuki (after Junketsu absorbed Ryuko's blood), Ragyo (in Base and Shinra Koketsu without merging with the OG Life Fiber) and the Elite Four with their strongest versions of their Goku Uniforms will all scale to this.
Though debate on this is welcomed.
