The World Razer is one of the most mysterious entities in all of Star Wars, only being known through the Rakata ruins' recordings in The Old Republic. It is a being of unknown origins, who threatened to destroy the entire galaxy, and required the full might of the Infinite Empire to be stopped.

Obviously a galactic destroyer such as this has FTL speeds, but how much exactly? Well, we only have data logs to go by, but they can provide us with decent information.

WorldRazer1
"Tomorrow: A thousand planets burn. A hundred stars wither and collapse. The World Razer consumes all."

Taking this description at face value, The World Razer destroyed 100 stars in a day.

Assuming each star is 4.37 Light-Years away, and that it took the whole 24 hours for The World Razer to do this.

4.37 Light-Years * 100 = 437 Light-Years

437 Light-Years = 4.13425091e18 meters.

4.13425091e18 meters / 24 hours = 4.78501263e13 m / s.

4.78501263e13 m / s = 159,610.84084376800456c

Solid MFTL+ feat. But there's another.

WorldRazer2
"This is far from over. When I am free, I will obliterate every planet you have ever seen or known." - World Razer

The World Razer saying that he will destroy all the planets in the Galaxy. The Star Wars galaxy has 180 billion solar systems, so we can at least assume that there are 180,000,000,000 planets in the galaxy.

The average distance between stars is 5 light years, so for 180 billion of them it is 900000000000 Light-Years, or 8.51447556e27 meters.

For an extreme lowball, let's say it'd take 10 years for The World Razer to do this.

8.51447556e27 meters / 10 years = 2.69813212e19 m / s

2.69813212e19 m / s = 89,999,999,933.287185669c

Who does this scale to? Not many, unfortunately. Though it pretty obviously scales to The Ones of Mortis, who are the most powerful characters of the whole Star Wars universe, aside from the Bedlam Spirits. And since it scales to them, this also scales to Abeloth and Grandmaster Jedi Luke Skywalker.

This isn't inconsistent, either, as The Ones and Abeloth quite clearly can traverse the galaxy on their own on the lore and in Fate of the Jedi, and characters repeatedly stated in the Clone Wars episodes that if The Son escaped Mortis, he would sow terror and destruction not only across the galaxy, but over the whole universe.
