I have no idea what kind of gun this is, so if it's real and anyone can tell me I'd appreciate that. But for now I'm gonna be assuming it's just firing regular old 9x19s , which doesn't seem too bad seeing as the gun looks kinda retro-futuristic.
This was fairly confusing to figure out how to interpret, but what I got was that Panther ducks before the bullet hits him (obviously) while reaching out his arms to brace for impact against the ground. Since I can't measure the number of pixels in a curve (well, I can but it'd be excessive) I'll measure how far the bullet moved to his "ducking" speed line and compare that to how far his arm moved.
Bullet Speed - 360 m/s
Bullet Distance - 87 px
Arm Distance - 120.21 px
120.21/87 = 1.38x
1.38*360 = 496.8 m/s
