Those of you that watch My Hero Academia a lot will know that at the start of the sports festival, Todoroki froze a Zero-Point Bot (use this link if you wish https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dL5rXC9OhmE). Let's get that calced!
Dimensions:
There is a person (cuz I just grabbed a random one) standing at 13 px. And because they are 16 they would likely be 67 inches/1.7018 meters. Therefore 0.1309 meters=1 px. Using that, we get the height of a zero point bot being 28.798 meters, width being 32.4632 meters, and depth being 4.9742 meters. That gives us a volume of 4650.2564 meters.
Density
In the same link, Tetsutetsu breaks through one with (i think) somewhat of a struggle. So the materials are likely somewhat comparable to each other. And taking into account the explosions bot armor has been through, I think it's safe to say these things could be made of steel. So I looked it up and I got three different densities, which we will call low end, mid end, and high end. Low End being 7700 kg/m3, mid end would be 7750 kg/m3, and high end being 8050 kg/m3.
Mass

Mass x Specific heat of steel=420 J/(kg°C)x 55 degrees Celsius (temperature change)=
