The Calc[]
Since there is no timeframe to base the calc off, we're going to calculate the energy required to condense the clouds into water vapor, which is how rain is usually formed in real life.
The clouds that generate rain and snow are Nimbostratus, which have a thickness of 2,000 meters.
Now, due to the lack of ways to scale the rainstorm, I'm going to assume it's as wide as the average rainstorm. That'd be about 24 kilometers.

Rest mass of the clouds would be about 907493020287kg.
Doing the same thing I did here.
The relative humidity of the rain clouds should be around 40%, since it's supposed to be a normal, pleasant rain, and the average humidity indoors is 40%.
Assuming room temperature of 24 degrees Celsius again, and plugging everything in the calculator, I get the dewpoint to be 9.6 degrees Celsius
The temperature of the clouds is the same as I calculated for the Bleach storm, 19.2 degrees Celsius.
- q1 = specific heat capacity*mass*temp = 1.003*907493020287*(19.2-9.6) = 8.7380688e+12 joules
- q2 = Mass of clouds*latent heat = 907493020287*2455653.15072 = 2.2284881e+18 joules
Adding both of these values, the final result is about 2.2284968e+18 joules. That's 532 megatons (Mountain level) bordering on Mountain level+
