Verse: Dragon Ball (Toeiverse)
Decided to engage on another Toeiverse calc.
The Feat[]
50% Freeza "destroys" Namek with a condensed Death Ball. The resulting explosion is later shown on a flashback to have been wide enough to be visible from an outer galaxy shot

For those who want to say the explosion took a while to take place, both Goku and Freeza himself later revealed that he purposedly held back because he was afraid of being caught in the explosion (the exact same thing is stated in the Japanese anime, but i'm too lazy to check it for now)
The Calc[]
Now, while one might believe this feat would be 4-A and thus an outlier, it's not necessarily so. Considering we have no idea whether it destroyed planets or stars at the edge of the explosion, we will need to make a lower estimate for the energy at the edge of the blast & apply the inverse square law.
Luckily, we know large meteoroids were hurled far from the center as the shot right after tells us, so we can make conservative estimates. Bolides tend to be 5m in radius and have speeds of roughly 17,000km/s, so we're going to use that for the sake of our scaling.
- Volume = 4/3*pi*5^3 = 523.598775598m^3
- Mass = (volume*2700) = 1413716.69411kg
- 0.5*1413716.69411*17000^2 = 2.0428206e+14 joules.
This is the minimum energy emitted at the very edge of the blast. Now we scale the explosion itself.
- Galaxy radius = 1057px = 50,000 light years
- Freeza blast diameter = 27px = 1282 light years
- Freeza blast radius = 641 light years, or 6,064e+18 meters
Now we apply inverse square law: .
- Area = 4*pi*6,064e+18^2 = 4.6209179e+38m²
- Source energy = 4.6209179e+38*2.0428206e+14 = 9.43e+52 joules, or 943 MegaFoe (Solar System level)
So this feat is undoubtedly 4-B even using conservative estimates. Super Saiyan/100% Freeza level characters were already 4-B via scaling to the High 4-C feat performed by 1st Form Freeza, but this gives them an actual feat to scale to. Either way, even if it were to be higher, it'd still help with Broly's feat, so all is good overall.
