Apparently Cuphead's height has been calculated at 1.6 in, but since this would be calc-stacking i'll use the average height of a five-year old, since Cuphead is fairly small in the cutscenes.
The average height of a 5-year old boy is 1.0541m, so let's begin:

- Cuphead = 52px = 1.0541m
- Panel height = 483px
- 2atan(tan(70/2)*(52/483)) = 0.101933863 rad, or 5.8403801393792 degrees.
- Distance = 10.332m
Now, for Hilda:
- Hilda = 226px = 4.58128077m
- Panel height = 483px
- 2atan(tan(70/2)*(226/483)) = 0.43634654 rad, or 25.0008151472 degrees.
- Distance = 10.332m.
So this is the distance between Cuphead and Hilda, since both numbers are the same.
Sound waves travel at the speed of sound, and since we use the number for the SoS above sea level, the timeframe would be:
- T = D/V
- T = (10.332m)/(340m/s) or 0.0303882353 seconds.
Now we need to find the distance Cuphead moved to avoid the attack.

- Distance that Cuphead moved = 59px = 1.19599807693m
- V = (1.19599807693m)/() = 39.3572731 m / s or just barely Subsonic.
Underwhelming.
Feat 2[]
I will use a simple and straightforward method.

- Cuphead = 86px = 1.0541m
- Lightning bolt = 172px = 2.1082m.

- Distance the lightning bolt moved = 229px = 2.80684767442m
- Distance Cuphead moved in the same timeframe (13 frames) = 331px = 4.05705930232m
Making him 1.44541484716 times faster, or Mach 1868.94.
