Re-do of this feat.
Basically not much to fix here other than head height and the number of swings. And maybe the pixel-scaling.
Head size[]
Actual height of the head from the bottom of the chin (Also known as menton) to the top of the head for men varies anywhere between 0.218 m to 0.232 m. I'll use 0.232 m because helmet.
Distance from the gun[]
I took the screenshot from the same link as DMUA did, but more HD (Bless the power of the PrintScreen button).
Kabal's head (Red) is 41px, and panel height is 820px.
Ang-sizing boils down to 2*atan(tan(35deg)*(object height/panel height)),therefore...
2*atan(tan(35deg)*(41/538))= 0.0699921661 radians or 4.01025571651858 degrees.
Slapping the values in the ang-sizing calculator, we get 3.3133 meters away from the gun.
This is actually a low-ball because Kabal while slicing the bullets with his blades also simultaneously runs towards Cassie thereby also reducing the distance between himself and the gun.
Distance moved[]
As DMUA stated, his blade is equal to his arm length. So 0.7832 meters.
And Kabal does move them in a semi-circle, so 180 degrees for each blade. 180 degrees is 3.141593 rad so 0.7832 times 3.141593 is 2.4604956376 meters covered in a single spin.
Now, Kabal actually still keeps spinning the blade right from the beginning, there are two main phases- one where we see Kabal swinging right before the scene cuts to Cassie firing her gun (Basically means Kabal still keeps spinning off-screen), and the second phase is where we see his cool swinging thingy.
I watched the video myself and went frame-by-frame using the < and > keys on YouTube, and Kabal swings the blade 180 degrees with each arm more than 5 times in a row (Even if we don't assume the first phase).
So I'll just go with 5 times as a low-ball. So 2.4604956376*5= 12.302478188 meters moved.

Gun is a M4 Carbine, so 910 m/s.
Formula= (Muzzle velocity * Distance moved by character) / Distance from gun's barrel tip
(910 * 12.302478188) / 3.3133= 3378.883636 m/s or Mach 9.8509727 (Hypersonic)
