11310 * 66.8 * 10 = 7555080 cubic meters, resulting in 7577745.24kgs
Timeframe. The feat seems to be instantaneous, so i'll use 1s.

For the explosion itself:
R = Y^(1/3)*0.28 is the formula for nuclar explosions, where R is the radius in km and Y is the energy in kilotons.
0.134 = Y^(1/3)*0.28
Solving the equation, we get that Y = 0.109
0.109 Kt = 109 Tons, 8-A
