Same as my calc except now the reaction speed is used in the kinetic energy in ramming people
KE as such = 0.5 * 440000^2 * 65.69 kg = 6,358,792,000,000 J = 1,519.7877629063 tons of TNT (Small Town level)
... I am not comfortable with this honestly.
