In My Hero Academia, Shoto creates a giant ice attack to defeat Sero. I will calculate his ice attack speed and the AP of him vaporizing said ice
Why the recalc?[]
Because the old calculation doesn’t take into account the statement on the Stadium, that a 4km track circles it. Using the this statement the Stadium’s size was found here

Measurements

- Dark Blue Line/Stadium Diameter = 1391px | 1043m
- Pink Line/Max ice height = 781px | 585m (For the speed calc later)
- Brown line/Normal ice height = 634px | 475m
- Green line/Ice width = 301px | 225m
Now apply the Cylinder formula to get 18700000m^3 or 1.87e13cm^3
Ice density is 0.92g/cm^3 which gets 1.7204e13g/1.7204e10kg
4181 J/kg°K is specific heat capacity of water. Now we apply McT
1.704e10kg x 4181j/kg x (100-0) = 7.124424e15 Joules
Heat of fusion for water is 334000 J/kg
2.1252e10kg x 334000j/kg = 5.69136e15 joules
Add them together
5.69136e15 + 7.124424e15 = 1.2815784e16 Joules or 3.06 Megatons (Small City level)
However this wasn't Instant, the first calculation accepted 300s as the timeframe

Speed[]
I already measured the ice wall's max height as 585m, this attack surprised Sero and in the manga (With him being unable to even try dodging) people seemingly only respond after the ice is formed so I'll have 2 ends 1 second and 0.2 seconds. (Average Human reactions)
Low end = 585m/s or Mach 1.7 (Supersonic)
High end = 2925m/s or Mach 8.52 (Hypersonic)
