Issei Busting a Mountain[]
In volume 5, Issei manage to one shot an entire mountain to the point where Tannin describe it as "Completely Vanished". So it's going to be either pulverization or vaporization, because if it were violent frag. Tannin would've describe it as "To small pieces".
Let's do a quick calc for pulverization and vaporization using an updated value for average mountain mass according to the Physics Department of the University of California(Credit: Burning Full Finger):

Vali One Shot a Mountain[]
First, nailling the mountain;
We know that it occurs somewhere around Europe

We also know that Vali fought against Azi Dahaka happen somewhere around mountain range in Europe

The mountain range in question also must have a 5000 meter tall mountain in it.

Surprisingly there is only mountain range in Europe that has 5000 meter tall mountain in it. Caucassus mountain range fulfill all three category here, so we are going to assume the mountain range in question is Caucassus mountain.
In Europe alone, there is only, correct me if I am wrong here, one 5000 meter tall mountain in Europe, Mount Elbrus.
Second, Reason for Vaporization(Credit: ALRF for the translation and HaouJudai52 for the spanish translation)
The translation from Triple ZX is "instantly decimated" but according to spanish source and ALRF the more accurate translation would be "dissapeared in a blink of an eye", so it sounds like vaporization.
From ALRF:

Note It's very likely that, the more accurate value would be vaporization based on this:

It doesnt state blown away like it should be, but rather melts away, indicating that Vali's aura has quite a high temprature and if Vali's aura, which is the form of his demonic energy, has that, then it is safe to assume that his attack also has the same thing, after all when he shoot an energy blast, he's certainly using his own energy.

Balance Breaker Issei is approximately six gigatons.
Base Katerea is scaling above that value. Maou-class scale from Katerea with Ophis' snake. The boost from Ophis' snake is equal to that gained from the King Piece, which is stated by the genius creator to grant not just a mere increase of two to three times, but a boost of ten to hundred times.

Keep in mind that Ajuka isn't a boastful or arrogant person, he simply says things in a matter-of-fact manner. The stated boost in power is also backed up by Katerea with Ophis' snake vaporizing Azazel's attacks with a casual rightward movement of her arm.
Then, Katerea took a small bottle out from her breast...and swallowed what seemed like a small black snake that was present inside? At that instant... Don! Space vibrated intensely, and a wave of power surged throughout the whole school yard. The magic power given off by Katerea’s body swelled up and gave off an ominous aura. Prior to consuming the snake, she was weaker than him so she was forced to consume Ophis' snake.
It was chilling each time a maximum attack that Azazel or Katerea avoided collided with the protective barrier. I think that Azazel was greater in real power, but Katerea was hanging on beyond my expectations.
So 6 x 10 = 60 gigatons for Maou-class.
The increase in power is also seen in other cases such as Diodora being weaker than Rias normally, but after gaining Ophis' snake, his power completely surpasses hers.
