Hey, hey, fanta here. Hopefully this speed feat is acceptable. kek.
Context[]
Joumae Saori moves after a bullet is fired and goes off-screen long before a bullet fully impacts a wall. Youtube video link here.
Calculation Information[]
Movement - 546.00px
Saori's shoulders - 638.29px
Screen - 768.00px
First and foremost, I gotta give the "size" of Saori's shoulders. Canonically, Saori is a 17yr old and her height is 167cm or 1.67m and though usage of the human portion calculator the value for Saori's shoulder width is 30.1cm or 0.301 m. Which is what I am going for the pixel-scaling portion.
As for the distance between Saori and the shooter, a girl named Shirasu Azusa, well... Angsizing is going to be needed. Kek.
As for the speed of the bullet that Azusa fired... The Blue Archive wiki has my back as it states that the gun Azusa wield is a a white M4A1 assault rifle or... an M4 Carbine, which on-wiki has a specified speed that ranges anywhere between 880-910 m/s depending on the cartridge, i.e, this means the muzzle velocity I use in this calc is 895m/s as it is the speed in-between 880-910 m/s.
Calculation[]
- Pixel-Scaling/Movement - 0.301/638.29*546.00 = 0.257478576 m
- Angsizing/Distance - (0.301* 768) / [638.29 * 2tan(70/2 deg)] = 0.258614516 m
- Speed - 895 m/s
- Calculation - (0.257478576m/0.258614516m)*895m/s = 891.068796 m/s, or Mach 2.597868209912536308 (Supersonic+) [Approved]
The End[]
And that's that. Kek, I wonder if the fact that speed calcs aren't my forte shows here. Here's hoping that this calc works, anyhow. xD. Bai, have a great time, CGMs!
