According to Rusty's calculation, the volume of the steal beams is 96.52 m^3 or 96520000 cm^3
When Izuku destroyed the steel beams, it looked to be similar to violent fragmentation. Violent Fragmentation of steel is 568.5 j/cc. But just to be safe, we'll use another value which is fragmentation. Fragmentation of steel is 208 j/cc
Mid-End Energy = 96520000 x 568.5 = 54871620000 Joules (13.11 Tons of TNT)
Low-End Energy = 96520000 x 208 = 20076160000 Joules (4.79 Tons of TNT)
