So this is a recalc of Ganons current High 5-A feat of rotating the planet. I was originally going to just edit the original blog due to how minor the change in results are but for some reason it wouldn't let me save the edits, so after trying that for a solid 10 minutes I decided to just make a new blog and hope that it actually publishes.
Using this I've gotten a more accurate timeframe for the feat as opposed to just roughly 4 seconds. Here's the feat, skip ahead to around the 4:10 mark to see Ganon flip the planet 180 degrees to make it night.
Transition of day to night starts at 04:10:17 and ends at 04:13:97 when the sky is at its darkest.
Timeframe: 3.8 seconds
Earth's moment of inertia is 4.848181e+38
180 degrees = 1 pi radian = 3.14159265
Angular velocity: 3.14159265 / 3.8 seconds = 0.8267349079 radians per second
Rotational energy: 0.5 * 4.848181e+38 * 0.8267349079² = 1.6568430895476003e38 joules
Ganon rotates the planet: 39.6 Ronnatons (Dwarf Star level)
So yeah, a little over a 1% increase from the previous result but an upgrade is still an upgrade I guess. This was secretly an excuse to link people to a Chuggaconroy video.
