Alternatively Akuto created something similar to a tornado here, which was strong enough to destroy the building, which means it's probably at F3 on the Fujita scale. So for a high end I will use 254 km/h as a high end.
62 km/h = 17.2222 m/s, 254 km/h = 70.5556 m/s
In regards to the memorial buildings size the following was stated:

So it's rather large. I will assume stadium size means that at least a soccer field would fit inside.
So at least 100m x 64m as per FIFA regulations. That gives us a base area of 6400 m^2.
As for the height it was said that a 5 story building would fit into the room. A storey is around 4.3m high, so we will go with 21.5m for the height.
That gives us a volume of 6400*21.5 = 137600 m^3 Density of air is around 1.2 kg/m^3, so the air mass of the room is 1.2*137600 = 165120 kg
