The Introduction

My good friend Numbers made the calculation for the diameter of the continent. And for reference, this blog notes that the floating continent is 806,008.142 meters.

The Calculation

Using this image, the continent that either rose or was uncovered by water is 160 pixels, the floating continent is just 5. So the continent that rose or was uncovered is 32 x 806,008.142 meters = 25,792,260.5 meters. That's strangely twice the diameter of Earth. The width is around 100 pixels or 16,120,162.8125 meters.

81,890,427.0875 meters would be the diameter of the planet, so the average height should be around 4,018/40,075,000 * 81,890,427.0875 = 8210.49871585 meters. The volume is 25,792,260.5 * 16,120,162.8125 * 8210.49871585 = 3.4137237*10^18 M^3. Density of Continental crust is 2700 kg/M^3. 3.4137237*10^18 M^3 * 2700 kg/M^3 = 9.21705399 × 10^21 kg.

Lastly, this video has a 7 second time frame. The average sea elevation but comparing it to this planet's size is 3688/40,0075,000 * 81,890,427.0875 = 7536.16706422 meters. This would be 7536.16706422/7 = 1076.59529489 m/s. 0.5 * 9.21705399 × 10^21 kg * (1076.59529489 m/s)^2 = 5.3415475e+27 Joules or 1.27666048045 Exatons of TNT. A good High 6-A feat.
