Assuming the town the Xenophage was in is in the outskirts of Mexico City and the plane is directly over the middle of the Grand Canyon that gives us a distance of:

But this is the horizontal distance between the two locations, and this thing jumped diagonally... a distance we can find through one of the many triangle side calculators out there:
2233 km, the Xenophage crosses this distance immediately upon sensing Venom transforming and it takes only 2 seconds to cross this which gives us a jumping speed of 1116500 m/s (Mach 3255, Massively Hypersonic+)
We aren't done just yet though, since it took 1 frame out of the 24 fps movie (thus 0.0416666667 seconds) for it to reach this speed we can also find the force behind this leap (which will scale to Venom as he managed to overpower five Xenophages in the finale).
Mass is a bit tricky since this thing is huge (especially compared to the plane or Venom who is over 7 feet tall) but also pretty abnormal in its design, being something of a cross between an insect and a reptile...
Let's try pixel scaling this thing anyway, it's in my job description for this wiki :p
80 px = 7'6" or 228.6 centimeters
568 px = 16.2306 meters
Given the stout face and long body I'll use a 0.6 meter, 0.5 kg marine iguana for this, the chonkiness of that animal should help account for this thing's extra limbs and other weirdness.
(16.2306/0.6)^3x0.5 = 9897.37391 kg
Considering other similarly large animals like Tyrannosaurus this is a fairly realistic mass for the Xenophage.
Just overpowering five of these guys based on their combined mass of 49486.8696 kg would grant Venom (Class 50 if not Class 100 strength) but let's focus on the fun part:
6.16889583204E+15 J = 1.4744014895 megatonnes of TNT (Small City level), if we multiply that by five for all the Xenophages Venom could restrain that'd go up to 7.37200745 megatonnes (City level)
Since they can leap themselves at such speeds, they'd scale to their KE. And since I mentioned lifting strength, let's go to the acceleration and force portion of the calc:
27043896875.32 kgf = 27043896.87532 tonnes of force (Class G)
This is so much higher than everything else in this continuity that the writers probably had no idea how crazy this small little bit of a scene was xD
