The special effects are a bit wonky, but, the building is stable, then he hits it and it falls into pieces. Looks like fragmentation to me. Also the walls are all at different angles and I'm not going to bother with making like 3 different flipped images for this, so I'll measure it roughly and discount the middle so I don't have to deal with the windows
