Kaneki saves Yomo from Narukami (Electricity weapon similar to a tesla coil gun)

Premise: guy on the floor (Yomo) in the second scan is about to be killed by electricity. Kaneki (guy with black hair in 3rd/4th scans) blocks the electricity with a tendril right before it hits yomo's face. he was no where in the room prior, and just arrived in that moment
It’s kind of impossible to measure at this angle, too obstructed. So instead I will be getting the size of the tip of the electricity from a different panel, and then angsizing to find the distance.
