Introduction[]
In Grappler Baki, an earthquake happens. A dude stops it with a single attack, but since that's not really quantifiable via a calc, I'm gonna calc the earthquake itself and the dude should scale to the yield for stopping it.
Calculation[]
As you can see, the earthquake starts all the way back in the city where the buildings are.
Window Height = 1.5 meters = 1 px
Panel Height = 127 px
Earthquake Radius = (1.5 * 127) / [1 * 2tan(70/2 deg)] = 136.03 meters = 0.13603 km
The earthquake was felt from far away and was noted to be "a big one," so I'll try magnitudes of 5, 6, and 7.
Low-End:
Richter Magnitude = 5 + 0.0238 * 0.13603 = 5.00324
Earthquake Yield = 10^(1.5 * 5.00324 + 4.8) = 2.01771582e+12 Joules
Mid-End:
Richter Magnitude = 6 + 0.0238 * 0.13603 = 6.00324
Earthquake Yield = 10^(1.5 * 6.00324 + 4.8) = 6.38057768e+13 Joules
High-End:
Richter Magnitude = 7 + 0.0238 * 0.13603 = 7.00324
Earthquake Yield = 10^(1.5 * 7.00324 + 4.8) = 2.01771582e+15 Joules
Final Results[]
Grappler Baki Earthquake Feat:
Low-End = 482.25 tons; Multi-City Block level (8-A)
Mid-End = 15.25 kilotons; Town level (7-C)
High-End = 482.25 kilotons; Large Town level (High 7-C)
I'm fine with whichever end is chosen.
