Dimensions
A dimension is composed of a universe with its parallel worlds. A higher dimension is created by combining an infinite number of similar dimensions. Super dimensions are composed of many higher dimensions:

But not yet, it still wasn’t enough. Something like this wouldn’t be enough. The opponent was still full of vigor. She hadn’t taken any damage at all. Therefore, she must go higher, even higher, and beyond the end! |

A resident of a higher dimension is said to be able to crumble their opponent settings like paper:

The Final Point/God's Realm
In God's realm, concepts are meaningless, this is why Ruphas and co became the same size of Alovenus when they entered it:

God's realm is outside the universe. It an infinite white realm which contains all creation which consists of the universe which is like software, this software has saved data, that data is what forms parallel worlds. Beyond the universe (software), there are many more software's, organized in a folder. Outside the folder, is more folders, outside the computer is more computers:

In a sense, the universe was like a software within a computer. There would be various saved data within. Each of them formed a parallel world. Beyond the universe, there were many more universes (softwares). These were organized in a folder. But if one were to look outside that folder, there would be more folders. If one were to go beyond the computer itself, there would be more computers lined up outside. This served as an analogy for the universe. Everything came together in this divine space. It was a world that nobody except Alovenus could enter…At least, that was how it was supposed to be. It was a world of whiteness that spread infinitely towards the horizon. It would be meaningless to ask how far it extended, since the answer would be that it extended forever. This world was endless and infinite. In contrast to the whiteness, there was something black scattered everywhere. Each of them constituted an entire universe. Midgard was simply one of these infinite universes. In fact, it was just a tiny world within a star system that existed inside a galaxy, which was part of a galaxy cluster. The universe itself contained many such galaxy clusters." |

Battles on Alovenus and Ruphas level have no concept of strength anymore. Concepts, providences, laws, and even limits are all things that were created by God. God creates such things based on their whims. God's essentially paint their own colors on the blank canvas that is the Final Point:

After all, they were residents of the world that had been created by Alovenus. For the same reason, natural laws didn’t apply to them. Alovenus demonstrates this by talking about power scaling. She talks about imagining stronger characters:

The larger universe shrank as well, revealing the overwhelming scale that the larger universe was just a cell of a cosmos. “However, even with such an overwhelming setting, the strongest being within it could be unseated easily by the author (deity) with the creation of another character that could defeat the hitherto strongest character with a single punch. This would make the new character even stronger. Furthermore, the strongest D would be treated like a child by E, who couldn’t react to the speed of F, who could be killed one hundred times with a forehead flick by G, who couldn’t even be an opponent for H, who could be blown away with a sigh by K even if there were one hundred Hs…Hehehe, this is quite common in fiction, isn’t it?” Alovenus concentrated light in her hands. She used this multiverse as a disposable bomb, she is playing around, being childish. This is her displaying her ability to paint her own color on the blank white canvas and enforce her own truth:

She created one using a Big Bang and then destroyed it with a Big Crunch. She was just playing around. It was ridiculous. It was so over-inflated in scale that it was getting stale. This was like a child selfishly playing and believing, “I’m stronger than you.” This was basically the same thing but repeated on a larger scale. No matter what they did, it would be pushed aside by such a childish, unreasonable justification. It would be erased and blown away. All of their power, speed, and skills were rendered meaningless. |

Ego/Will
A battle on the level of Ruphas and Alovenus is just a matter of will, believing you are stronger makes you so, its useless to think about limits:

This is why Alovenus power is infinite, she can overlay settings over pre-existing settings, essentially whatever she faces she will just surpass:

A cheat that instills the concept of defeat into the opponent to ensure absolute defeat for them? Or pure, unrivaled power that can penetrate and kill everything without exception? Whatever is fine. Please use them until you are satisfied. They wouldn’t work anyway.” |

Since the battle between Ruphas and Alovenus is a matter of will/ego, both them can insist they are stronger than the other, both of them will rise to the peak of infinite:

Ruphas was able to defeat Alovenus because their battle is a matter of will, hers is stronger as Alovenus wasn't as obsessed with victory as her, all Alovenus wanted was an equal, while Ruphas was only satisfied with being the strongest:
